Good experience with Patchwerks

Finally decided to give Patchwerks a try for some new gear, and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how it all went. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I needed without too much trouble. Ordered a couple of Eurorack modules and a small mixer. Shipping was decent, arrived within the timeframe they gave, maybe a day later than the initial estimate but nothing to complain about. Packaging was secure, everything arrived in perfect condition. Prices seemed fair for what I got, comparable to other places but the selection here felt a bit more curated for my needs. The only minor thing was that the tracking updates stopped for about a day in the middle, which made me wonder a bit, but then it picked right back up. Overall, a solid experience and I'd definitely consider them again for future purchases. It's good to have a reliable source for electronic music stuff.

Always reliable, that's why I keep coming back.

Been getting my gear from Patchwerks for a while now, honestly lost count of how many orders I've placed. Every single time, it's just a consistent experience. My last order, a new drum machine, arrived exactly when they said it would. No surprises, no delays like I've had with other places in the past where tracking just stops working. The packaging is always solid too, no dents or anything. It's just a relief to know I can order something critical for my setup and not have to worry about it. They've earned my trust for sure.

My go-to for gear, seriously

Honestly, Patchwerks is just awesome. I've bought a few things from them over the past year or so, mostly some modules and a new MIDI controller, and every time it's been a really smooth ride. This last order, I got a new drum machine, and it shipped out super quick, got here in like three days which is pretty decent. Packaging was solid, everything arrived safe. Their selection is always on point too, always finding cool stuff there you don't see everywhere else. Will definitely be hitting them up again for my next studio upgrade.

A Bit of a Mixed Bag!

Okay, so I finally pulled the trigger on some new gear from Patchwerks! I was SO stoked to get my hands on a new synth module – the selection they have for DJ & Electronic Music is absolutely wild, seriously! My package arrived pretty fast, which was awesome, I was like, YESS! Everything was packed well too, so no complaints there. But... and this is where it gets a little 'meh' – I had a quick question about setting up the new module with my existing rig, and honestly, their customer support took a little longer to get back to me than I hoped. It wasn't a huge deal, but I was buzzing to get it working, ya know? When they did respond, the info was helpful, but it felt like I waited a bit too long for a simple query. Still, the product itself is fantastic, and the website's easy to navigate for browsing. I'll probably shop here again because their inventory is just THAT good, but maybe I'll try to figure out my own tech issues next time!

YES! So much fun with my new gear!

Oh my gosh, I finally pulled the trigger on that new drum machine I've been eyeing, and Patchwerks totally delivered! The website was super easy to navigate, which is a huge plus when you're trying to compare specs and watch demo videos. My order came in like, four days, which felt pretty zippy for something so specialized. Everything was packed perfectly, no dings or anything. I've been messing with it all weekend and it's just INCREDIBLE. Seriously, the sounds are so crisp and punchy! I had one tiny question about hooking it up to my existing setup, but a quick email to their support got me an answer the next morning that totally helped. I'm already planning my next purchase, gotta get that synth pedal! Definitely telling all my producer friends about Patchwerks!

Decent for my home studio setup

Finally decided to give Patchwerks a try for some new gear for my home studio. I picked up a pretty cool synth module last week. Shipping was fairly quick, got it in about 4 days which is fine. Packaging was good, everything arrived safe and sound. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I needed without much fuss. My only minor gripe is that the selection could be a little broader in some categories, but what they do have is quality stuff. Overall, a positive experience, I'd probably order from them again if they get something specific I'm looking for.

Decent, but slow shipping

Needed a new synth module for my setup. Patchwerks had it in stock, which was good. Ordering was straightforward on their site. The module itself works fine, no issues there. My main gripe is the shipping speed. It took almost a week to get here after dispatch, which felt a bit long. I've had faster delivery from other electronic music stores. It wasn't urgent, but still noticeable. Everything arrived safely, just took its time.

Good value, especially if you catch a sale

I was looking to upgrade some of my gear for my home studio, but honestly, budget is always the main thing for me. Patchwerks popped up during a quick search, and I actually spent a good bit of time comparing prices with a few other spots. What sealed the deal for me was a specific offer they had on a controller I wanted. It wasn't a huge discount, but enough to make me feel like I was getting decent value. The checkout process was pretty straightforward, no hidden fees or anything which is always a plus. Shipping was standard, nothing super fast but it arrived in good condition. The product itself was exactly as described, no surprises there. For someone like me who's always trying to get the most bang for their buck, Patchwerks is definitely worth checking out, especially if you can snag a deal.

My new go-to for gear!

I finally decided to try Patchwerks after seeing them pop up on my feed for a while, and I'm so glad I did. Ordered a new MIDI controller last week, and the whole process was super smooth. The website is really easy to navigate, found exactly what I was looking for without any fuss. Delivery was actually quicker than I expected - got it in about three days which was awesome. The packaging was solid, no damage at all. The controller itself is fantastic, exactly as described and works perfectly with my setup. Definitely impressed with the quality and the overall experience. I'll for sure be coming back for more synth stuff.

So Disappointed! What Happened?

Ugh, I was SO excited for my order from Patchwerks! Seriously, I've been eyeing some gear for ages, and finally pulled the trigger. The website is super cool, all the electronic music stuff just makes me wanna grab everything! But wow, the actual delivery experience was a total letdown. My package arrived looking like it had been through a WAR! The box was smashed in on one side, and honestly, it looked like someone just threw it around. Thankfully, the item itself seems okay, but that's not the point, right? It totally dampened my excitement. I mean, you spend good money, you expect a little care. I'm really hesitant to recommend them to my friends now, even though their selection is awesome. I might try again, but this first impression was just... not good.
